Manav Sharma Suicide:
A Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) employee Manav Sharma died by suicide on February 24, hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his home in Agra. In his suicide video, which was later recovered from his phone, he blamed his wife’s alleged affair as the reason behind his tragic step.
However, his wife, Nikita Sharma, has denied the allegations, stating that Manav unjustly fixated on her past. She claimed that after discovering it, he became violent, engaged in self-harm, and turned to alcohol. Nikita further claimed that on the night of his death, she repeatedly urged Manav’s sister, Akansha, to check on him. Leaked WhatsApp chats between the two appear to support this, showing Akansha telling Nikita to “ignore” Manav’s calls and go to sleep.

At around 2:00 AM, Nikita messaged her sister-in-law, saying that Manav had been drunk and was not listening to her.
In response, Akansha replied, “It’s okay. Ignore. Sleep.”
Nikita then told her that during a video call, she had seen Manav sitting on a chair placed on the bed, with a piece of cloth wrapped around his neck and another tied to the fan. She had also warned Akansha that he had been under the influence and might take his own life.
