UIDAI’s new Aadhaar card app will be verified from face ID

New Aadhar App: In today’s era, Aadhaar card is one of the most important documents. In such a situation, the government has launched a new feature in an effort to make its use easier and make it more. This is a big step taken towards digitization. Union Information and Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav on Tuesday launched a new Aadhaar card app equipped with Face ID Authentication feature.

No hassle of keeping physical copy

With this help, there will be no need to give soft or hard copy of Aadhaar card while checking in hotels or airports. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has developed this new Aadhaar app, which is currently in the beta testing phase. If it becomes successful, then in the coming time you will not have to carry an Aadhaar card with you anywhere.

If required Aadhaar card, the process of verification through QR code and face ID will be completed in minutes. The face ID authentication included in this will promote digital verification. In this, the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is taken for the safety and privacy of the app.

• Privacy has been emphasized in this new Aadhaar card app. That is, the control of your personal details will be completely in the hands of the user. Since data sharing in the app will require the consent of the users, the privacy will also remain.
• Due to face ID authentication, now only Aadhaar verification will be done through the face. This process will be as easy as UPI payment.
• UIDAI claims that data will not be tampered with due to being 100 percent digital and secure. This will neither leak the data, nor will it be misused. It is also capable of preventing fraud (such as photoshopping).
• Under the Digital India program, this app will promote paperless governance, so that all the work related to Aadhaar will be done in a digital way.
