Stephen Ben: Well-known Bollywood singer Stebin Ben has bought a duplex apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. Square Yard has informed on the basis of the registration documents of the house that Stebin has purchased a duplex in 7 Co-op Housing Society of Bandra for Rs 6.67 crore. With this, Stebin has now joined the list of Bandra residents like Sunil Shetty, Janhvi Kapoor, Rahul Krishna Vaidya.
There are also two parking spaces in the duplex.
Branda area of Mumbai is one of the favorite areas of big personalities of Bollywood and business world. Many celebrities have residence here. According to Square Yards, the carpet area of this duplex apartment is 1484 square feet (137.87 square meters) and the built up area is 165.5 square meters (1,782 square feet). This duplex has two parking facilities, which is 11.15 square meters (120.02 square feet) in size. The price of the flat includes stamp duty of Rs 40.02 lakh as well as registration fee of Rs 30,000. The registration of the apartment was done this month.
Stebin gave many hit songs
Apart from being a playback singer, Stebin Ben is also a voice over artist. Along with films like Shimla Mirchi (2020) and Hotel Mumbai (2019), he has also lent his voice in web series like Class of 2017 and Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan. Stebin’s many hit songs like Rula Ke Gaya Ishq, Baarish, Mera Mehboob have garnered millions of views. In 2018, Stebin was chosen Best Bollywood Artist of the Year at the India Nightlife Awards.
Varun Dhawan also bought two properties
Earlier, Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dalal bought two luxurious apartments in Juhu area of Mumbai. He bought two properties in the same building. He has taken a house on the 6th floor of the building with his mother and on the 7th floor with his wife. The total value of both is Rs 86.92 crore. Varun paid Rs 42.40 crore for the first property, while he paid Rs 44.52 crore for the apartment he bought with Natasha.
