Not London or America, there are most chances of jobs here; Preparation is to increase workforce


Human beings usually feel that job prospects are more in countries like Canada, America or Britain, but the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is at the first position, leaving behind all these. In terms of hiring in the third quarter of 2025, the world is at number one. The Net Employment Outlook (NEO) is here, which is more than the global average +24 percent.

These are UAE’s top hiring sectors

NEO is a survey based number, which shows what are the intentions of employers about hiring. This shows about the trends of the labor market, how many jobs are there in the market.

56 percent of the United Arab Emirates are expected to increase the scope of their workforce. There are only 8 percent who see the possibility of a decrease in the number of employees. The top hiring sectors here include transport, logistics and automatic (+64 percent), consumer goods and services (+60 percent), energy and utilities (+62 percent). They are far above all global norms.

UAE on top in terms of hiring

The employees here are offering many types of facilities with increasing inflation such as various allowances, performance bonus, hybrid or remote option to work, etc. In view of these, UAE in the Global Job Market has emerged as the world’s most promising destination for job seekers in the third quarter of 2025.

According to Manpower Group’s recent Employment Outlook Survey, UAE has recorded a record -breaking Net Employment Outlook (NEO) +48 %. With this, it has become the top ranked country in terms of hiring worldwide. More than half of the employees are planning to increase their workforce in sectors like logistics, consumer goods and energy. UAE has succeeded in making its place as a hub due to professional growth, talent attraction and economic flexibility.
