
Iran has called back its ambassadors from France, Britain and Germany on Saturday (September 27, 2025). France, Britain and Germany are also known as E3. According to the statement issued by Iran’s Foreign Ministry, the ambassadors of the three countries have been called to Tehran for talks after the e 3 -countries aroused decisions. The E3 countries decided to re -implement the Snapback system. Iran has erupted with this decision. Last month, E3 formally implemented this system. In fact, under this system, it has been said that if Iran breaks the 2015 nuclear deal, the United Nations sanctions can be re -implemented within 30 days.
No relief in Iran’s sanctions
According to the news agency Xinhua, on September 19, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) failed to pass a resolution of relief in restrictions for Iran under the Joint Comprehensive Action Plan (JCPOA). Thereafter, a proposal could not be passed on Friday (September 26, 2025) in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), seeking a six -month expansion to both the JCPOA and the proposal supporting the agreement. This rejection means that the restrictions lifted under the agreement will be re -implemented from the evening of Saturday (September 27).

In July 2015, Iran and six world powers- Britain, China, France, Germany, Russia and America signed JCPOA, but in 2018 when Washington pulled out of it, Tehran began to reduce his commitments gradually.
At the same time, Algeria, China, Pakistan and Russia voted in favor of the draft proposal offered by China and Russia on Friday (26 September). Guyana and Korea Republic did not participate in voting. The remaining nine members of the Security Council voted against it. Nine positive votes were needed to pass the resolution.
The three European countries of the Iran nuclear deal (E3), formally known as the joint comprehensive action plan (JCPOA), claimed that they have activated the Snapback mechanism on August 28 by informing the Security Council (UNSC) to the Security Council (UNSC).
Under the proposal number 2231, the United Nations Ban Ban notification implemented before the proposal is passed will be re -implemented, until the Security Council passes a resolution for otherwise decisions.
