Akshay Kumar Kudo International Tournament: Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty shared pictures with ‘Hera Pheri’ co-stars Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal on social media. He hinted to the fans that now he is not coming back with ‘Hera Pheri’ but with Kudo tournament.
Sharing the video montage on social media platform Instagram, Sunil Shetty wrote in the caption, “Dhoom Dhadaka Orchestra is back! But no manipulation yet…just action! Akshay Kumar ready for the 16th Kudo International Tournament!
In this, Hera Pheri stars are seen together. All three are seen boarding the chartered plane and reaching the venue. The term ‘Dhoom Dhadaka Orchestra’ is also taken from the 2006 release Hera Pheri.
‘Hera Pheri’ was first released in 2000. The comedy film directed by Priyadarshan got a lot of love from the audience. In this, along with Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Om Puri and Gulshan Grover were also in important roles.
The film ‘Hera Pheri’ is a remake of the 1989 Malayalam film ‘Ramji Rao Speaking’, which was inspired by the 1971 American film ‘See the Man Run’. Meanwhile, if we look at the story of the film, it revolves around two tenants, Raju and Shyam and their landlord Baburao Ganpatrao Apte, who are in dire need of money. They receive a ransom call through cross-connection and plan to demand the ransom.
