What is myopia

Actually, the blue lights scattered by the screen disrupt the sleep pattern, which increases the risk of Myopia even more. Research has shown that Mayopia is not developed by being in touch with external lights, especially in childhood. Dopamine starts leaking into the retina, which does not allow iballs to spread excessively due to ultraviolet (UV) light contact.

4. Family history means genetic condition can also cause myopia.

5. Staying from home most of the time can also make a patient of Myopia.

How to save children’s eyes from Myopia

1. Increase outdoor activities.

2. Take children to greenery places.

3. Reduce screen time.

4. Ask to take a break in between reading.

5. Do not watch the screen or book very closely.

6. Wear antiglair or blue cart glasses in front of the screen.
