Anupam Kher Took A Dig At Arvind Kejriwal: An event was organized on Saturday at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on the completion of 100 days of the BJP government. During this time, Bollywood veteran actor Anupam Kher was seen interviewing CM Rekha Gupta of Delhi. During the interview, Anupam Kher referred to the infamous cough of the previous Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal without naming and taunted him.
Anupam Kher said- ‘I cannot live without saying this. I just saw you speaking in detail and you did not have cough even once. On hearing this line of the actor, the audience started clapping and CM Gupta laughed. Anupam Kher said that he mentioned cough, because in the last few years, the people of Delhi have become accustomed to it.
‘Neither you have cough nor 2000 audiences …’
Anupam Kher said- ‘I regret that I could not stop myself from raising this issue. Neither you have coughs nor have any 2,000 audience cough. It is a big achievement in itself that we are not seeing anyone coughing in Delhi. On this, CM Rekha Gupta of Delhi replied- ‘As far as Delhi is concerned, we will take care of it, but I am more concerned about Punjab.’

Rekha Gupta recited poetry on ‘Operation Sindoor’

What did BJP do by staying out of power?
Anupam Kher further asked Rekha Gupta- ‘I want to know how you spent the last 10 years in Delhi before coming to the BJP government in Delhi?’ On this, Rekha Gupta said- ‘When we saw that injustice is happening to the people of Delhi, when corruption is being exposed every day, when liquor shops are opening in every street. We were in the middle of that struggle. Sometimes he used to perform at the secretariat, sometimes he was demonstrating at Kejriwal’s residence. In the last elections, when we used to lose by some margin, we used to live among the public.
The CM of Delhi further said- ‘In 10 years we worked as a public representative. Overall, Delhi lagged behind in these 10 years, but wherever we could correct things, we stayed among people and worked for them. The actor again asked- ‘Why should the people of Delhi believe in you?’ In response to this, Rekha Gupta said- ‘A movement started from Ramlila Maidan and thousands of millions of people joined. Everyone supported the group that would make something better in the country.
