In today’s world, many people’s lifestyles involve consuming fast food and avoiding exercise, leading to poor fitness levels. However, some individuals take fitness to the extreme, turning it into an obsession.

A Brazilian model exemplifies this craze, maintaining her physique with a particular focus on one ‘special part’ of her body. She has employed a personal trainer specifically dedicated to shaping and maintaining this area, paying them a staggering Rs 3 lakh per month.

According to The SunKarol Rosalin, a Brazilian influencer and model, was recently named the woman with the most perfect female body by Artificial Intelligence, as reported by the Daily Mail. Playboy Australia used AI technology to determine the title, which was awarded to Rosalin. The Sao Paulo resident is making headlines again, this time for a statement she made.

Hiring a personal trainer for targeted fitness

In an interview with Need to Know, 25-year-old Rosalin revealed that she has hired a fitness trainer whose sole responsibility is to focus on her hips, ensuring they remain in perfect shape.

Rosalin is so dedicated to maintaining her hips that she pays the trainer Rs 3 lakh every month. Her regime includes 2,500 squats per week, with the trainer overseeing her workout and assisting her in achieving this daily target.

Beyond gym workouts, Rosalin prioritises her diet, believing that having a personal trainer will help her achieve her desired physique faster. Her gym routine alternates between squat-focused days and weight training on other days.

Commenting on her AI award, Rosalin expressed her determination to work even harder now that she has received this recognition. To maintain her fitness level, she follows a strict diet consisting of chicken, fish, carbohydrates such as oats and grains, and plenty of green vegetables and fruits.
