In one such recent incident, a woman was seen publicly slapping a man who is said to be her husband.
In a video that has now gone viral, the woman could be seen brutally thrashing the man. She could also be heard saying in the clip that he doesn’t earn. She went on to slap the man and the incident appeared to be happening in front of a shop. A crowd stood nearby but didn’t intervene or make any effort to stop the woman from beating the man.
The video shows the woman holding the man by his collar and yelling at the top of her voice. While she kept slapping her husband, the helpless man tried to stop her by holding her hand. The woman mentioned that he doesn’t earn and lives with her money.
The footage was shared on X with the caption, “A disturbing video shows a wife publicly slapping her husband just because he isn’t earning.”
No wonder social media users flocked to the comment section to express their views. They expressed anger over such an incident calling it ‘public abuse’.
