Despite the removal of unmanned level crossings and multiple warnings by railways, trespassing on railway tracks persists, and individuals continue to disobey safety precautions and put their lives in danger. A similar video has surfaced online that showed a train passing over a woman. In a shocking incident captured in Mathura, a woman miraculously escapes unhurt despite several coaches of a goods train passing over her.
In the 34-second video, the said woman calmly lay down on railway tracks as a train passed directly over her, defying expectations and raising serious concerns about safety and intent. The video begins to show a woman on the track when an army special goods train approaches at high speed, while onlookers standing nearby anxiously shout, “Leti reh, (keep lying down).”
Moving on, the woman lay flat between the tracks as the train moved over her. Moments later, the train comes to a halt, and several people jump to help her to safety after the terrifying incident. Originally shared by Akhilesh Pratap Yadav, the clip has gone viral and left internet users in shock.

Soon enough, the video became a hot topic of discussion, with many users visibly shaken yet relieved. Social media users quickly chimed into the comment section of the post and reacted to the video. A majority of users were amazed by the woman’s quick thinking, while some expressed concern in the comment section about her safety. Till now, the video has pulled in close to 1 lakh views.
“It’s good, and thanks to her luck, she is safe! Why are people so reckless with trains when we have heard so many cases in the past? We have to live in the race of life, so we should never stop and should not act hastily! Do not be in a hurry, in such cases,” exclaimed a user.
An individual remarked, “That’s scary man, Thank God she is okay.”
“Why do people do it so quickly… When footover bridges are built… why don’t they use them? Jaan jokhim me dal lete hai (Why are people so in a hurry? When there are foot over bridges, why don’t they use them and put their lives at risk?)” said another.
An individual humorously said, “Wow, talk about lying low to avoid a high-speed situation! That woman must have had the flattest profile picture ever taken! Guess she really took ‘laying low’ to a whole new level. Safe travels indeed!”
Last year, a similar incident surfaced online where a tribal woman escaped unhurt as a goods train ran over her. The 30-second clip began to show a goods train moving slowly through a junction in Vikarabad district. Upon zooming in, we can see a woman lying flat in the middle of the tracks and staying very still on the gravel as the goods train passed above her. The incident occured at the Nawandgi Railway Station in Telangana.
As per reports, the woman was crossing the tracks to another platform with her friend when the two noticed the train approaching. While one of them crossed the railway tracks, the woman in the video was left behind. After a few seconds, the train passed and she safely got up from the tracks.
