In Ghaziabad, parents whose children were studying in these affected centres, have expressed strong displeasure and lodged an FIR. According to the FIR, in the complaint lodged ten days ago, the parents have accused the institute of suddenly stopping operations and jeopardizing their children’s paper preparation.
It has also been said in the complaint that the teachers of Ghaziabad center were not given their salaries. The sudden closure of these centers has raised concerns about the financial condition of FIIT-JEE, and questions are being raised as to what effect this will have on hundreds of students in the area, especially those who are at the crucial juncture of their paper preparation. were.
Parag Gupta, mother of a Class 10 student studying at the Noida FIIT-JEE Coaching Centre, said, ‘We have been associated with FIIT-JEE for two years. My daughter had joined coaching in class 9th and then got selected under a scholarship program for class 11th. I have already paid Rs 80,000 in installments. Apart from financial loss, every parent is worried about the future of their children. Students are most affected as this is a sudden step taken by a reputed institute. He has not issued any official statement yet. Hopefully we will get answers soon.’
FIR lodged in Noida also
Due to closure of coaching, parents and students are worried about their future. Many people are demanding refund of fees and or resumption of classes so that their remaining preparation can be completed. In Noida, a parent wrote to D.K., head of the FIIT-JEE coaching institute in Sector 58. FIR has been lodged against Goyal, because he did not return the money taken for further payment.
Parent Rajeev Kumar Choudhary said, ‘We have come today to lodge an FIR against FIIT-JEE. We had paid 100% fees for 5 years, out of which 2 years are left. On Monday, we received a message from FIIT-JEE that our children should be shifted to Aakash Institute. We will decide where to educate our child, FIIT-JEE cannot tell us this. Parents Avinash Kumar said, ‘We had got our child admitted in FIIT-JEE, and now it has stopped. We have come here to lodge an FIR… The management of FIIT-JEE is not picking up the phone. They are all frauds. They should return our money. The government should take cognizance of this matter because it is a question of my child’s future.’
