Who is IPS Golden Prabhat?

Swarna Prabhat is a 2017 batch Bihar cadre IPS officer, who is originally from Bhojpur district. He passed the UPSC examination with 105 rank. He is the son of Kaushalesh Kumar Sinha and Lalita Devi of MoAP Kala of Tarari Block of Bhojpur.
