According to a report, the White House has praised India’s role as a strategic partner in the Indo-Pacific sector. The White House also said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ka has a very good relationship with Trump.
White House Press Secretary Caroline Lewit spoke on Indo-US relations during press briefing. According to an ANI news, he said, “India remains a very strategic partner in the Asia Pacific region and the President has very good relations with Prime Minister Modi and he will maintain it even further.”
The White House commented about PM Modi when External Affairs Minister S.K. Jaishankar Quad arrived in America to attend a meeting of Foreign Ministers. He inaugurated an exhibition called “Human Cost of Terrorism” at the United Nations on Monday, which aims to draw the world attention to terrorism. Quad is a diplomatic partnership between Australia, India, Japan and the United States. It is committed to supporting a stable and rich Indo-Pacific.
Trade deal is going to be held between India and America
President Trump recently said that there is going to be a big and good partnership between India and America. The Government of India has also made the stand clear on this. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has said that India will definitely partner with America, but there will be some conditions for this.
