According to the scene, the film copies the signature style covered by Shah Rukh Khan Manoj Kumar’s face with the palm. The reports said that Manoj Kumar felt humiliated and announced his intention to file civil and criminal action against the manufacturers, in which the compensation of Rs 100 crore was sought. However, later when the producers convinced Manoj Kumar, his displeasure was removed.

The film was released without removing the scene in Japan
The makers promised him that the controversial scene would be removed from the future version of the film and the lead actor himself would apologize to him, but none of these assurances were fulfilled. The film was later released in Japan without removing that scene. To which according to the report of Hindustan Times, the actor said, “I had forgiven them twice but not this time.

Why Manoj Kumar took the case back
However, Manoj Kumar later withdrew his case. Manoj Kumar’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui had said that Shah Rukh Khan had promised Kumar that he would remove objectionable scenes and apologize, but he did not follow that commitment, in addition, the deleted scenes were re -appeared in the new international release. As a result, veteran actor Manoj Kumar has decided to leave the case, assuming that the matter Shahrukh Khan And Farah Khan has not created a sense of accountability.
