But you may be surprised to know that there are some food items that you should avoid eating with tea.
Consuming such things with tea can cause many problems in the body. Such as flatulence, constipation, indigestion and skin related problems may occur. Guests are usually served snacks along with tea. These snacks are usually made from gram flour. Eating pakodas or snacks with tea can cause digestive problems, which can later cause acidity.
Tea contains tannins which destroy the iron and other nutrients found in salt. Eating pakodas with tea can weaken the digestive system. This can cause many other stomach related problems, hence one should never eat salty or gram flour items with tea.
Eating these things with tea is also harmful
1. Tea and Lemon
One should not eat sour things or anything made with lemon with tea. Actually, tea can create acid in the stomach by combining the acidic elements found in lemon. Due to which the problem of heart burn and swelling can occur.
2. Egg, salad or sprouts
Things made from egg or onion should never be consumed with tea. Apart from this, sprouted grains and salad should also not be eaten. Never avoid having eggs or salad with tea for breakfast. Due to this, nutrients are destroyed and stomach health is affected.

3. Turmeric
