A mid-town medical spa, popularly known as Cleavage Clinic, has become the new destination for New York women seeking natural non-surgical, breast enhancement treatments. The clinic’s Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, also known as the Vampire breast lift, has become an accepted choice for women over traditional breast implants.
As reported by the New York Post, the treatments offered by the clinic are also gaining popularity for their cost efficiency. The procedure is priced around $3,800 ( ₹ 3 lakh approx) which is half the cost of surgical implants. The Vampire breast lift treatment involves extracting plasma from the patient’s blood, processing it into a gel-like substance, and injecting it into the breast using a cannula for safety. Results typically last up to three years.
Noelle Villella, co-founder of the clinic, explained that PRP, commonly used for hair restoration and injury recovery, can also be injected into breast tissue. “Plasma is rich in growth factors,” Villella noted. “Once injected, it generates new collagen, improving skin quality and yielding natural-looking results.”
Many women and influencers, who underwent the treatment, have opened up about its positive and natural results. Lifestyle influencer Kelsey Soles, 29, from the Financial District, recently underwent PRP therapy to increase her bust size.
She told the news portal, “I used the plasma in my body to make my boobs bigger. 2025 is the year of naturally bigger breasts.”
Danielle, a 29-year-old from SoHo, shared that she had contemplated getting surgery, but rather wanted something natural with no health risks. Recommending the PRP therapy as an instant boob job, she looks forward to flaunting her new curves during a recent Greece holiday.
As more women seek natural, non-surgical alternatives to enhance their appearance, other treatments available at the Cleavage Clinic are also gaining popularity. Many have promised transformational results from Morpheus8 micro-needling, a procedure offered to tighten skin and fade scars.
Some women also underwent Sculptra, a collagen-stimulating treatment. Lurene Gunmia, a mother of three from New Jersey, spent $6,000 on the procedure to go from a 32AA to a full 32B. She added, “It feels good to do something just for me. It’s a confidence booster.”
