If you want to become a drone developer, then first you have to do technical studies. For this, courses like B.Tech in Electronics and Communication or B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering can be done. The duration of these courses is 4 years and taught about drone sensors, GPS, camera and designing. If you want to take a course in a short time, then you can also do a diploma of 1 to 2 years or also a certificate course of 3 to 6 months.
There are many good institutions for drone technology in India such as IITs (Delhi, Kanpur, Bombay), IIA Dehradun, IIST Thiruvananthapuram, Nielit and Indian Institute of Drone Technology. In these institutions, you can do drone development, piloting and programming courses.

If you talk about fees, then government colleges have a fee of Rs 50 thousand to 2 lakhs annually and 3 to 5 lakh rupees in private colleges. The total fees of diploma and certificate courses ranges from about 30 thousand to 1 lakh rupees.
After becoming a drone developer, you can get work in many sectors. Such as defense sector (DRDO, Indian Army), Dehaat, Fasal, delivery companies (Amazon, Flipkart), Film Industry and Survey Agencies. Apart from this, you can also work in wedding, event or real estate photography as a freelancer.
How much salary?
The initial salary can be 3 to 6 lakh rupees annually. At the same time, experienced people can earn 10 to 20 lakhs. Freelancers can earn from 50 thousand to 2 lakh rupees for a project.
