Sunita Williams Work on ISS: Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore have returned to Earth after spending 9 months in space. SpaceX’s dragon capsules have returned to the earth of both astronauts. The capsules landed in the sea of ​​Florida at 3.27 am on Wednesday (March 19). It also included Nick Heg and Russian Astronaut Alexander Gorbunov along with Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore. SpaceX and NASA teams took out these Astronauts out of the capsule and were taken to Johnson Space Center in Houston. Where the team of doctors checked them. Sunita and Buch stayed at Wilmore International Space Station for about 9 months, during which they did many experiments there and worked on research.

Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore reached ISS on 5 June 2024. His journey was only 8 days, but due to some technical problems in the spacecraft, he had to stay there for nine months. However, during this mission, Sunita Williams continued to work in different works.

1- Sunita Williams played an important role in running the ISS smoothly, from maintenance and cleaning of the football-shaped International Space Station (ISS) to change the old hardware.

2- Sunita Williams and her team spent 900 hours of research in ISS. During this, he also did more than 150 experiments. Sunita Williams has become the first woman in the world to spend the most time in space.

3- NASA’s Astronaut Sunita Williams also performed spacewalk for 62 hours 9 minutes during these 9 months.

4- Sunita Williams did research on ISS about gravity. This study sees how gravity affects liquid systems in space. Also worked on developing new reactors for fuel cells.

5- Astronaut also conducted research on the most important boneutrients projects. During this, he grown vegetables on ISS. It was researched how to use beneficial bacteria to produce fresh nutrients for astronauts. This is a step that can change the ways of obtaining the necessary vitamins and other elements including astronauts while staying away from the Earth for a long time.

6- Sunita Williams also conducted research on microgravity in space. According to NASA, this technique can be important for future long -term missions.

7- Sunita Williams told Space that she wakes up at around six and a half in the morning and exercises two hours day. This exercise helps them to protect them from bone disease due to living in space.

8- Despite being 400 km above the earth, Sunita Williams and his team cast their vote in the US presidential election. NASA’s Mission Control sent him to ballots, which were filled and sent back via satellite. Those ballot paper were sent and verified.
