You are automatically required to abide by traffic laws when you are driving, and breaking them might result in a fine. However, with so many regulations, it can be difficult to make sure you abide by them all. So, US-based influencer Ivy Bloom gave some advice to assist you avoid frequent driving fines and penalties.
Bloom claims her strategies have always worked and have helped her avoid a driving ticket, whether she is pretending to be pregnant or faking her partner is dead.
“People laugh at my methods, but the cold hard fact is that they work. I can’t afford any tickets right now and I have no choice but to do everything I can to avoid one,” Bloom captioned her video while sharing on Instagram.
Bloom advises in the video to “make the cop feel bad by saying that my husband recently passed away” by having an urn inside the vehicle. Second, she claimed that whenever she drives, she always has a fake pregnancy tummy on. She can fool the police officer into thinking she is pregnant in this way.
The US-based influencer added that she displays many law enforcement stickers on her vehicle to let police officers know that she has family members who are also police officers. “Keeping a proper amount of saddened eye contact with the officer is another way to avoid getting a ticket,” she said.
“If these methods don’t work and I notice the police officer leaving to write me a ticket, I have no choice but to go to my last resort. I pretend that my water broke and I let out some screams, begging the officer to let me drive to the hospital immediately,” Bloom also said in the now-viral video.
“I’ve been utilising these methods for the past couple of years and they have never failed to work,” Bloom said at the end of the video. Shared on February 26, the video has racked up over 8.3 million views.
A user on Instagram jokingly asked, “Will this method work for a male?”
Another suggested, “The best way to not pay for a ticket is not to break the law.”
“The cops watching this,” an individual wrote.
“They’ve never failed to work until I put it on social media for everyone to see my face and crimes,” another commented.
