UPSC has taken vacancy in many posts, so many posts, know the application process and necessary details


A golden opportunity has come to light for the youth preparing for a government job. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued official notification for the recruitment of 462 posts including Assistant Director, Deputy Superintendent Horticulture, Deputy Architect, Company Prosecutor, Medical Physicist, Deputy Director, Scientist, Professor.

Which posts will be recruited?

  • Assistant Director
  • Deputy Superintendent Horticultureist
  • Deputy architects
  • Company prosecutor
  • Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor
  • Deputy central intelligence officer (technical)
  • Medical Figistry
  • Scientist ‘B’ (Geology)
  • Junior Mining Geologist
  • Deputy assistant director (non -medical) and other technical and professional posts

Academic qualification and age limit

Candidates applying for these posts should have a graduate, postgraduate, MBBS or equivalent degree in the respective field. Eligibility for different posts has been fixed separately.

The age limit is different according to the post. For reserved categories, relaxation will be given as per rules. SC/ST candidates will get a discount of 5 years. Whereas OBC candidates will be given 3 years discount and additional discounts will be given to Divyang candidates.

Application fee will have to be paid so much

General and OBC candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 25. At the same time, women candidates, Scheduled Castes/Tribes and Divyang candidates will not have to pay any fee.

Selection process

Written Examination – Whose weightage will be 75%
Interview (interview) – whose weightage will be 25%
Candidates who are successful in the written examination will be called for interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the joint performance of the examination and interview.

  • Go to “Recruitment” section and click on the link “Online Recruitment Application (Ora)”
  • Register and login new
  • Select the related post and fill the form
  • Upload all the necessary documents
  • Pay the application fee and submit the form
  • Printout of the form safe with you
