Trust plays a crucial role in any relationship, especially in marriage. The survival of a relationship becomes nearly impossible if one partner is not loyal. In a recent case, a woman from Amroha was caught cheating on her husband, by her mother-in-law.
While her husband was at work, the woman would spend her days chatting with another man from Sambhal on Facebook. When the mother-in-law noticed her daughter-in-law frequently sending messages on her phone while neglecting household chores, she grew suspicious.
Eventually, she read the messages exchanged with the man on her daughter-in-law’s phone. What the mother-in-law did next was something no one could have predicted.
Meeting Proves Costly
The daughter-in-law would reportedly talk to the man on Messenger all day but used to delete all the messages before her husband returned home. When the mother-in-law grew suspicious of her behaviour, she checked her phone and found out about the affair.
Using her daughter-in-law’s account, the mother-in-law arranged a meeting with the man and then confronted him.
Disappeared Before the Police Arrived
On Sunday, at Indra Chowk in Gajraula, a middle-aged woman was seen beating a young man. This woman was the mother-in-law of the married woman involved in the affair. She had used her daughter-in-law’s account to lure the man into meeting her. Upon his arrival, she began hitting him with a slipper.
The incident attracted attention, and the police were informed. However, by the time they arrived at the scene, both parties had fled, leaving the authorities unable to gather further details.
