
UltraTech Cement Q4 Results: Ultratech Cement on Monday announced the fourth quarter result for FY 2024-25, in which the company made a profit of Rs 2,482.04 crore from an estimate. This is 9.92 percent more than Rs 2,258.12 crore recorded during the March quarter of FY 24.
The company expected more profit
The company’s revenue from the operations was Rs 23,063.32 crore, which is 12.95 percent more than Rs 20,418.94 crore recorded during the same period of the last financial year. The company’s Ebitda was Rs 4,618.4 crore. According to the CNBC TV18 poll, UltraTech Cement was expected to profit Rs 2,500 crore in the fourth quarter and was estimated to be Rs 23,505 crore.
Increased production of gray cement of the company
Explain that during this quarter, the amount of domestic gray cement of the company has increased by 10 percent to 36.46 million tonnes on an annual basis, which shows a strong demand in residential and commercial segment in the major markets of the country. UltraTech’s gray cement sales have also increased by 1.6 percent to Rs 5,052 per ton. However, it has declined by 2.3 percent on an annual basis. Localistics and fuel costs have declined by 5 percent and 16 percent respectively on an annual basis.
Dividend announcement at the rate of Rs 77.50
Announcing the result, the company also said that the Board of Directors have recommended to give 775 percent dividend at the rate of Rs 77.50 on each equity share with a face value of Rs 10 for the year ended March 31, 2025, which is now subject to the approval of members in the company’s next Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company announced the result during the trading session. Along with this, UltraTech Cement shares on the National Stock Exchange closed at Rs 12,128 on the National Stock Exchange at Rs 12,128.
