UGC NET exam dates announced, exam will be held from January 1 to January 19


National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official notice regarding University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test (UGC NET).

The last date to fill the online application form is 10th December. The exam is scheduled to be held from January 1 to January 19, 2025. Fill the application form on the official website of UGC NET ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Registration has now started on the official website.

Candidates will get the opportunity and permission to make corrections in the online application form between 12th and 13th December and after that the exam center list will be released.

UGC-NET is an examination to determine eligibility for ‘Assistant Professor’ and ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ in Indian universities and colleges.

Let us remind you that the NET exam to be held in the June session was canceled just a day after it was conducted. It was said by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) that the examination is canceled due to the possibility of the integrity of the examination being compromised. Later, the examination to be held in June was rescheduled to be conducted by the agency from August 21 to September 4 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
