The Ukrainian MP further said that Ukraine had to face a similar situation a year ago when the US aid shipment was staying for six months. He said, “A year ago, we had a very sad experience of some obstruction in supply for six months from the US. No supply and this affected Ukraine’s ability to face Russian pressure on the advance front. This caused us to become more serious and independent in terms of arms supply.”
