The brokerage firm has estimated that the inclusion of Zomato in the index may increase the inflow of $ 702 million in the index, while Jio Financial may increase the $ 404 million inflow. In contrast, the removal of Bharat Petroleum and Britannia Industries may also face outflows of $ 240 million and $ 260 million respectively.
Shopping may have been made by so many million shares
This reshuffle is expected to increase the trading volume in the stock market. JM Financial has estimated that the shares may be purchased by 277 million in the index. At the same time, 154 million shares may be purchased in Geo Financial Services. Meanwhile, Bharat Petroleum and Britannia can be sold 78 million and 4.4 million shares respectively.
Relaxion is done twice a year
Let us know that the Nifty-50 index is reshuffled twice a year, which is based on the figures of six months ending on 31 January and 31 July. During this time the shares are evaluated on the basis of their average performance in the last six months. The NSE index gives a four -week advance notice before implementing any change.
