He enrolled in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ educational institution at the age of 16. After five years of study, he secured a job in one of its departments at the age of 21.
Pavel worked diligently for two years before deciding to retire. Now, he is entitled to a pension and all associated benefits. He had applied for retirement in November 2023, and his request was approved. This extraordinary case has also been recognised by the International Record Registration Agency, making Pavel a topic of widespread discussion.
