A 41-year-old London-based doctor is turning heads not for his prescriptions, but for looking nearly two decades younger than his actual age. Mohammed Enayat, founder of HUM2N longevity clinic, has managed to hack his biology to clock a biological age of only 24, thanks to cutting-edge diagnostics and a rigorously personalised health routine.
In a conversation with Business Insider, Dr Enayat revealed how science-backed strategies and daily discipline have helped him defy the ageing process. While legally he’s in his forties, data from GlycanAge and TruAge PACE tests, which analyse inflammation levels and epigenetic markers. suggest his body is functioning like that of someone in their early twenties.
The transformation didn’t happen overnight. For the past seven years, Dr Enayat has monitored his body’s metrics using wearable devices like the Oura ring and Whoop strap, adjusting his regimen based on real-time feedback. His routine includes regular blood, urine, and gut microbiome tests to fine-tune his wellness strategy.
Key to his approach are a few essential supplements: B complex, folate, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids, cycled daily. But he says that it is not just about pills. Consistency, self-awareness, and lifestyle tweaks make the difference.
“While I believe these supplements have supported my biological age reversal, I credit them as one component in a much broader framework,” the doctor told the outlet.
Mentioning that a methylation gene defect has put him at greater risk for blood clots, heart attacks, and strokes, Dr Enayat revealed how vitamin B complex and folate have helped manage the risks.
“Even without a methylation-related gene defect, I would still consider taking a methylated B complex, particularly during periods of high stress, poor sleep, or intensive training, as these increase the demand for B vitamins,” he added.
Speaking about the other supplements, Dr Enayat spoke about taking magnesium bisglycinate and omega-3 supplements, which he explained help with the low dietary levels, muscle soreness, sleep quality, and reducing his biological age.
Several studies have observed the role of omega-3 in slowing the ageing process. According to The Guardian, healthy older people who took one gram of the essential fatty acid for three years were found to have aged three months less than others on the trial, alongside regular exercise and vitamin D supplements.
Mohammed Enayat has long spoken about increasing human longevity, with major emphasis on scientific and holistic approaches.
