A study published in BMJ states that eating dark chocolate can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Researchers say that eating a small piece of dark chocolate just 5 times a week reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes by 21%. Actually, eating milk chocolate increases weight rapidly, which increases the risk of diabetes. But eating dark chocolate neither increases weight nor reduces the risk of diabetes.
