The emotion of love defies age, colour, caste, race and religion. Following the footsteps of many stars like Heidi Klum and Demi Moore, a woman is hogging all the limelight for her love towards younger men. The 63-year-old woman, who earlier used to run an advertising agency in New York, the US, admitted to having been “really honest about everything”, including her age while dating her younger men.
Cindy Gallop, as reported by The Sun, is not a relationship person. She realised her love for men junior in terms of age only after she was asked to pitch for an online dating brand for her business. Highlighting how she started dating younger men during a project in New York, she said, “I was single. I thought ‘I have to do this for business reasons – why not do it for real?”’ as quoted by The Sun.
Around 7 per cent of the men who approached Gallop were younger men which the woman says was a major “ego” boost. “So I thought ‘Gosh, haven’t thought about this – but hey, works for me!”’
Professionally, a CEO of Make Love Not Porn, Gallop liked dating younger men for a reason. In an interview with StyleLikeU, she revealed the reason behind the same saying, “I date younger men for sex.” She added, “’I want lots of stamina and very short recovery periods. I don’t get those with men my own age. I began realising through dating younger men that I was encountering an issue that honestly would’ve never crossed my mind if I had not encountered it very intimately and personally.”
While Gallop is enjoying her time, also working towards a venture to make it easier for people to talk about sex, she has also been subjected to criticism for her bold demeanour and idea of dating younger men. When the woman shared a short snippet of the interview on TikTok, negative comments came her way, calling her a creep. Despite all the brutal trolling and even being called “a cougar” in the comments, she does not seem to give up, constantly challenging stereotypes and people’s perceptions of sex.
