
New Noida: Many investors from India and abroad are continuously investing in Noida adjacent to the capital Delhi. Keeping this in view, Noida Authority has made a plan to create a new industrial hub. Under New Noida, the area of the city will now extend up to Bulandshahr-Dadri. The process of acquiring land for the six new industrial sectors that the authority is planning to create will begin from January. In Sector-163 and Sector-166, the land acquisition work has already progressed by 40 percent.
New Noida work will be completed in four phases
The new Noida that is being built near Dadri in Gautam Buddha Nagar will be named Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad-Investment- Region (DNGIR). New Noida will be established in 209.5 square kilometers i.e. 20 thousand 911.29 hectares.
This will include about 25 to 30 hectares of land in the four villages of Mohiyapur, Gulavali, Dostpur Mangrauli and Nalgarh. The work of New Noida will be completed in four phases. Work will be completed on 3165 hectares by 2027 and on 3798 hectares from 2027 to 2032.
Peripheral Expressway will also be built
During this period, land is being purchased at the rate of approximately Rs 5,300 per square foot. New Noida will be created by combining 20 villages of Gautam Buddha Nagar and 60 villages of Secunderabad tehsil of Bulandshahr. However, the authority may face difficulties in this work of land acquisition because despite being notified, warehouses are being built on the land of most of the villages in Dadri tehsil. Let us tell you that New Noida is to be developed along the Noida-Greno Expressway, whose population will be around 6 lakh. From IT-ITES hub to government offices, private institutions, hospitals, gas stations will also be developed in New Noida, which will also increase employment.
