Gurugram Property Rate: Gurugram’s name comes high among the most expensive cities of Delhi-NCR and now buying property here is going to become more expensive. Property rates are going to increase in Gurugram from December 1 and living in Gurugram will prove to be more expensive. Here the collector circle rate is going to increase by 10 to 20 percent, after which whether you buy land or a flat, you will have to withdraw more money for them.

Expensive property in Gurugram from 1st December

From December 1, commercial, agricultural and residential properties in Gurugram are all going to become expensive and changes will be seen in their valuation rates. Final approval for this has been received from the State Government and Revenue Department. These changes will remain in effect till the end of the current financial year i.e. till 31st March.

On what basis will the new property rates be implemented?

Based on the current situation of the state’s property market and regional valuation, property prices have been increased in Gurugram also. Common citizens already knew that there was going to be an increase in property rates here and now it has been officially announced. From Sunday 1st December, property can be purchased only on the basis of new circle rate.

In which areas the circle rates of property increased by 30 percent?

A 30 percent increase in collector rate is being implemented in areas where land value was high and this includes prime property locations. After this increase, obviously more money will have to be spent for land, house and shop. Information regarding implementation of these new rates has been released by the Deputy Collector. A few days ago, the Haryana government had announced the increase in the collector circle rate here and only after this it was estimated that the property in Gurugram would become expensive.
