Meanwhile, Shahana Goswami has talked about the controversy surrounding her kissing scene with Randeep Hooda in the film ‘Ru Ba Ru’. During this he also said that now things have changed.
While talking to News18, Shahana Goswami said- ‘People kept saying that there were 14 kisses. In olden times, this was something that was clearly problematic. People didn’t understand that there were so many kisses in the film because they were living together. This was a natural thing between the couple. It was made a big deal. A kiss was first made a big deal in a Hindi film. Now everything has come down to the most real, certified honest portrayal of life.

Shahana further said- ‘Women’s agency has also changed in the last twenty years. This has also played a role in how sexuality, love, everything shown in cinema has changed. Today, I am saying that as an actor I feel comfortable expressing myself in a way that can be taken the wrong way.

Shahana says- ‘But whatever conversation I have had with people on social media, I have never received any derogatory comment, even though I have done more sex, make-out and masturbation scenes than the actors. But I don’t think I felt any stigma because of this.
