The person wanted to have a relationship with girlfriends on the ‘bed’ of the moon, 184 crores stolen from NASA

In America, a man stole about 184 crores to take his girlfriend to the moon. Even though the talk of taking it to the moon in Bollywood is limited to songs, but this person dreamed of having a relationship with his girlfriend on the moon and made such a theft to fulfill it, which is now being discussed worldwide.

The name of this America of America is Thaz Robert, which is NASA’s former intern. According to the FBI, Robert planned to steal 17 pounds (about 7.7 kg) stones and meteorites brought from the moon surface from a space center in the US in 2002 during Apollo Mission. His girlfriend and friends also helped in this. Its price was around 21 million dollars i.e. about 184 crores.

According to the FBI, the thieves crossed the limits. He reshuffled safety cameras, wore neoprine bodiesuits and even achieved real NASA badges. Robert laid the stolen stones on his bed under the sheet and made a relationship with the girlfriend. According to Robert, it was not normal for him to do so, but he wanted to make his girlfriend feel the special moments of the moon.

When Robert was 24 years old, he got an internship at NASA. Here he met Tiffany Fouler and gradually he started dating each other. After a few weeks the two started living together. Robert told his girlfriend the idea of the theft of moon stones, after which the two together included another NASA intern in this crime.

Robert told the US news channel CBS in 2012 that he did this for his love. He said, “I did this because I wanted to get love. I wanted someone to know how much I used to care about him. It was a symbol for us that we are making a relationship on the moon. No one had done this on the moon before that.”

How was THED Robert caught

The FBI revealed that THED was in touch with a Belgian buyer to sell Robert’s stone. The Belgian man was ready to give that stone from 1,000 to 5,000 dollars per gram. When the buyer got suspicious, he contacted the FBI.

After this, all the accused were arrested under the Secret Mission. Robert admitted to stealing the moon stone in 2002, after which he was sentenced to eight years in jail. He was released two years ago in 2008 after spending more than 6 years in jail.
