What did Indians say when handcuffs?
On the question about sending Indians to Indians from the American plane, Margaret McLeod said that it is the decision of the environment officials. He further said that children and women are not handcuffed. However, the officers decide to apply handcuffs. Some people were accused of committing violence, so they were handcuffed for the safety of other people.
