Stock market closed with decline for fourth consecutive day, 247 points drops Sensex, IT share under pressure


The stock market closed on Monday 14 July 2025 with a decline for the fourth consecutive day. The 30 -point Sensex closed down 247 points on BSE and closed trading at 82,253. So at the same time, the Nifty 50 on NSE also fell 0.27 percent to 25,082. The biggest decline was seen in IT shares. The top losis on the Nifty were geo financial services, tech mahindra and LLTS.

Most of the Nifty’s IC stocks saw a decline of up to 1.3 percent by 2.50. This includes Wipro, Infosys to TCS.

Market closed with a decline

Here, today the rupee lost 19 paise to 85.99 against the US dollar. Earlier on Friday, the rupee closed at 85.80 while doing 85.80 businesses. During the trading, Artnel’s stock saw a jump of 3 percent.
