Starlink helps this technology to provide high speed internet

Starlink Internet Service: The Starlinks of Spacex, a company owned by Allen Musk, will change the Internet world in India with their sharp satellite connectivity. According to the Times of India report, Starlink can give several terabyte internet speed, which will be about 80-90 times faster than many current services like Bharti Airtel’s YouTelsat Oneweb and Reliance Jio-SES. These provide speeds up to 30-50 GBPS.

With the help of its satellite network present in Starlink space, millions of users will provide high speed internet services across India. Infrastructure is already present for this. Now there is a delay of approval from the Department of Telecommunications (DOT) and the Indian National Space Promotion and Authority Center (IN-SPACE). To bring high-speed satellite internet service, Starlink has already acquired global mobile personal communication through a satellite license from DOT and has submitted documents to IN-Space. Some approvals are still yet to be taken.

Airtel and Jio join hands with Starlink

Here, Airtel and Jio have also joined hands with Starlinks to provide internet service in the country through satellite. They have also got necessary approval to start satellite services in India and now they are waiting for spectrum allotment. Jio and Bharti will provide starlink equipment through their retail outlets and online storefronts as well as Jio Installation and Activation Assistance. This will make the internet access possible in rural and remote areas.

Why is Starlink the most different?

Unlike the ground cable or mobile towers dependent on the normal internet services, Starlinks use low-end orbit (LEO) satellite technology for high speed internet. Low-Earth Orbit, that is, 2,000 km or less distance chamber from the earth, where Starlinks are traveling around 7000 satellite Earth. Due to being close to the Earth, these satellites are quite sharp in the internet. In the coming time, many more satellites of Starlink are expected to be sent.
