Friends at a time were Thailand and Cambodia

Thailand and Cambodia may have been trying to erase each other today, but at one time there was a lot of friendship between the two countries. Cambodia has laid the gunpowder tunnels to prevent ground infiltration from Thailand. Because of this, Thailand is now only doing aircraft. Thailand’s army has removed 1.3 lakh people from the border area.

Cambodia used Russian BM-21 rocket system

In this war, Thailand was considered more powerful, but then Cambodia shocked the world using Russia’s BM-21 system. This weapon of Russia has caused a lot of havoc in Thailand. Many pictures have come out on social media, in which Cambodia’s army was seen with a Russian BM-21 rocket launcher on the road in Oddar Meenche province.

According to the Cambodian Ministry of Defense, Thailand’s army used heavy weapons, F-16 fighter jets and cluster bombs at many places in Odder Meenche and Preaah Vaheer Provinces.

United Nations appeals to exercise restraint

This struggle has also worried the international community. United Nations Secretary -General Antonio Guterres has appealed to both sides to take maximum restraint and find a solution through negotiations. Thailand has sealed all the ground boundaries with Cambodia and advised its citizens to leave Cambodia.

Thailand’s army launched several deadly attacks on Cambodia from F-16 fighter jet. Cambodia then attacked the RM-70 multiple launch rocket system and dominated Thailand in the last 24 hours. Thailand’s Air Force has issued a warning that people should stay 20 to 40 km from the border.

Thailand captured Cambodia peaks

This war is also affecting the internal politics of Thailand. The Prime Minister Petongtern Shinavatra was suspended on 1 July due to moral investigation. The Thailand army attacked late Friday night and entered the border of Cambodia and captured several peaks.
