Saif Ali Khan Attack Case Update: The police has arrested the attacker who entered the house of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan and attacked him. After this, during interrogation, Saif’s attacker Shariful Islam Sajjad made many big revelations. The police have also recovered from the attacker the clothes worn at the time of the incident, the shirt in which he was seen on the road after the incident, mobile phone and ear phones purchased from a shop. Police have sent the clothes for forensic examination.
The attacker had entered the house from Jeh’s room.
Saif’s attacker Shariful Islam Sajjad told the police, ‘He had entered the house through the bathroom window of Jahangir’s room. The net on that window was broken. Therefore he easily entered the house. After committing the crime, he ran back from there. The accused went up the stairs to the tenth floor and to go from the tenth to the 11th floor, he took the help of a pipe near the fire duck.
The accused told the whole truth to the police
It was also revealed during police interrogation that all four men got scared due to the noise going on in the house. One of them was so scared that he hid somewhere in the house. After the incident, Saif had locked the door from outside. That is why the accused ran back from the same bathroom window from which he had entered.
The accused is a resident of Bangladesh
According to the information, the police have not received any document from this accused. When the police took the numbers of the accused’s parents and called them in Bangladesh, they told that he was their son. The accused has studied in Bangladesh till 12th class and used to participate in sports at school level.
Accused entered Saif’s house due to less number of guards
On the basis of evidence received by the police and interrogation, it has come to light that the accused had never gone to Saif’s house before. The accused was doing target identification in that area on the afternoon of 15 January and when he passed in front of Saif’s building, he saw the number of security guards which was only two and both were not very alert. Also, the accused noticed that to go inside this building, the adjacent building or the back door could be used.
