Ram Navami 2025: Worship Ram Janmotsav in auspicious time, know the correct date and method

Ram navami 2025: Ram Navami will be celebrated on Sunday, April 6, 2025. Lord Shri Ram was born on the Navami Tithi of the Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month of King Dasaratha and Mata Kaushalya in the Treta Yuga. Lord Shri Ram is called Maryada Purushottam and he is considered the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Rama Navami is one of the major festivals of Hinduism, which is celebrated with full devotion in the form of the birth anniversary of Lord Shri Ram.

This festival is considered a symbol of the victory of religion, dignity and truth. He was born on the Navami Tithi of the Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month as the son of King Dasharatha and Rani Kaushalya of Ayodhya. Shri Ram is considered to be the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu, who incarnated on this earth for the destruction and public welfare of unrighteousness.

Auspicious time of Ram Navami 2025:The Navami Tithi of Ram Navami 2025 will begin on 5 April 2025 at 01:23 pm and this date will end on 6 April 2025 at 03:15 pm. During this period, devotees can worship Lord Shri Ram and perform the fast and havan of Rama Navami in the auspicious time.
Mid -day Muhurta: From 11 am to 8 minutes to 1:39 in the afternoon.
Mid of midday: At 12 noon at 12 noon.

Ram Navami Puja Vidhi, with astrological and religious importance:

• Auspicious bath and resolution: On the day of Ram Navami, get up in Brahma Muhurta and take a bath with Ganga water or clean water. Wearing pure clothes and meditate on Lord Shri Ram and take a pledge to fast and worship.
• Halm and establishment of the place of worship: Clean the temple or place of worship of the house. Put a red or yellow clothes at the outpost and install the idols or pictures of Lord Shri Ram, Mother Sita, Lakshmana and Hanuman.
• Worship material and Panchopchar Puja: Offer sandalwood, roli, akshat, incense, lamp, flower garland, Tulsi Dal and Naivedya to God. Anointed with Panchamrit, offer special fragrant flowers at the feet of Shri Ram.
• Bhog and Prasad: Offer fruits, sweets, panchamrit, and especially saffron kheer to Lord Shri Ram. The fruit of worship increases many times more than the Tulsi letter offering
• Recitation of religious texts: On this day, reciting Shri Ramcharitmanas, Sundarkand, Ram Raksha Stotra, Aditya Hriday Stotra and Vishnu Sahasranama is considered auspicious. This causes peace to planets and brings happiness and prosperity in life.
• Aarti and Mantra Chanting: After worshiping, perform Mangal Aarti of Lord Shri Ram and distribute Prasad among all the devotees.

Special Mantra of Ram Navami:

• Shri Ram Beej Mantra (to destroy enemy and victory)
  “Om Sri Ramaya Namah”
• Shriram Tarak Mantra (for freedom from sufferings and crises)
  “Shri Ram Jai Ram Kodand Ram”
• Ram Gayatri Mantra (for the development of intelligence, knowledge and self -power)
  “Dasarathaye vidmahe, Sitavallabhaya dhimahi, tanno Rama prachodaya.”
• Ram Dhyan Mantra (to remove all kinds of obstacles)
  “I bow to Sri Rama, the giver of disasters, the giver of all wealth.

Chanting the above mantras on the day of Ram Navami gives special fruits. This day gives devotees freedom from spiritual progress, happiness, prosperity and enemy fear.
