
Waaree Energies Shares: Waree Energies Limited, the company that makes India’s largest solar PV module, said on Thursday 19 June that the company is ‘largely untouched’ from President Donald Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill. Along with this, the company is also planning to double its capacity in America.
Energy sector will get a boost from Trump’s bill
In a statement given to CNBC-TV18, Wari Energy said that Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill is mainly related to consumer and retail segment. The company also said that its focus is on manufacturing of high quality solar modules for utility and industrial projects.
The CEO of the WaAree Energies says that the special thing is that the main provisions in the proposed bill have upheld and ensured that there is no change in the Manufacturing Tax Credit (Section 45X), which will promote innovation and growth in its sector.

Vari Energy has many orders in America
Wari Solar America, a subsidiary company of Wari Energy in the US, has recently won several major orders, including 586 megawatt module supply agreement and 599 MW solar module supply from an American company. With this, the company’s total order has exceeded 1.2 GW in the first quarter of 2025-26. To meet this growing demand, Wari Energy has planned to double its manufacturing facility in Brookshire, Texas by the end of 2025.

Wari Energy shares fell 1.1 percent to close at 2,670 on Thursday. In the last one month, the stock has declined by 10 percent.
