Priety Zinta On Politics: Bollywood actress Preity Zinta Sunny Deol’s film Lahore is ready to return to the screen with 1947. Recently, the actress ran an Askmesence on X, in which the fans raised various questions from him. During this, a fan questioned Preeti on his plan to join politics. The actress responded to this and told that she is getting offers from many political parties.

During the askmesis, a fan asked Preity Zinta- ‘Dear Preeti, you are really a soldier, salute you. Just want to know if there is any planning to join politics? The actress replied to this- no! There is no politics for me. In the last few years, many political parties have offered me tickets and Rajya Sabha seats, but I have politely refused because it is not what I want.

‘Calling me a soldier is not completely wrong’
Preity Zinta further wrote- ‘It is not completely wrong to call me a soldier because I am the daughter of a soldier and the sister of a soldier. We military children and army children are made differently. We are not North Indian or South Indian or Himachali or Bengali. We are only Indians and yes patriotism and national pride are in our blood.

Comment on Kangana’s political innings
A user asked Preity Zinta- ‘During the election campaign, Kangana said in #PZChat that she had talked to you on the phone even before the first film, your words encouraged her a lot, please a line for Kangana.’ To this, the actress replied- ‘Kangana is a brilliant actress and fashion icon. I have not seen him working as a director, but I believe he is a very good director.
