Police sub-inspector’s recruitment to bumper posts, application process will start from this date

TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2025: If you want to work in the police, then this news is important for you. The Tamil Nadu Uniforms Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of Sub-Inspector (SI) in the State Police Department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for this recruitment through the official website tnusrb.tn.gov.in.

A total of 1299 posts will be filled through this recruitment campaign. The registration process for recruitment will start from 7 April 2025 and the last date of the application has been kept on 3 May 2025. Candidates who want to improve the application form will be able to do it by 13 May 2025.

• Sub -Inspector of Police (AR) – 366 posts

TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2025: Essential Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a Bachelors degree from a recognized university. This degree should be completed till the date of notification issuing.

TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2025: Age Limit

According to the notification, the age of the candidate should be between 20 years and maximum 30 years by 1 July 2025.

• Main written examination
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Viva-Voce
• Special marks

The main examination will have two parts- general knowledge and logical analysis, numerical analysis, psychology, communication skills and information management ability.
Tamil Language Eligibility Test (100 marks, 100 minutes exam – minimum 40 marks required)

TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2025: This will be paid for application fee

To apply, candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500. If a candidate applies for both quotons if a candidate department candidate, then he will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000.
