The specialty of Abdali missile
The Abdali missile, also known as HATF-II, is a short range ballistic missile (SRBM) developed by Pakistan. It has been developed by Pakistan’s Space and Research Commission (NESCOM) and concerned Defense Research Units. Its main objective is to make quick and accurate attacks in the border areas. The missile is part of Pakistan’s strategic military thinking, in which it is moving towards strengthening its limited atomic and traditional strength. The maximum range of Abdali missile is 450 km.
The Abdali missile is equipped with state-of-the-art and satellite-based navigation systems. This makes it advanced in terms of accuracy. The missile has a very low Circular Error Probability (CEP), which makes it more effective for strategic attacks. Pakistan claims that the Abdali missile is not able to carry a nuclear warhead. However it is designed to target strategic bases, military bases, and urban centers with traditional explosives.
The country’s strategic and diplomatic decisions
The Government of India has taken many decisive steps against Pakistan. Full restrictions on all types of imports, whether they are direct or indirect.
