On the one hand, Pakistan formally condemned the attack, on the other hand its Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar addressed the attackers as freedom fighter.

India has taken strict steps against Pakistan after this attack. The biggest decision among them was to suspend the Indus Water Treaty of 1960, which India raised in response to the freedom policy on Islamabad’s terror. Along with this, India canceled all the visas issued to Pakistani citizens and announced the closure of the attic border. The Government of Pakistan reacted to this. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said, “24 crore Pakistani citizens need water. India cannot do this. It will be considered a direct war.
