Pahalgam terror attack: India’s fear in Pakistan’s NSC meeting, asked- are ammunition to fight?

Pahalgam Terror Attack Update: Of Jammu and Kashmir Pahalgam After the terrorist attack in India, Pakistan called a meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC) on Thursday (April 24, 2025) on India’s action. In this meeting, the fear that was inside Pakistan about India was clearly visible. Pakistan has decided to increase the deployment of the army on the LoC. Apart from this, it was also discussed in the meeting whether there are enough ammunition to fight India.

What happened in NSC meeting?

1. The squadron of Balochistan’s fighter jet will be deployed on the Indian border.

2. Army forms were relocated. That is, the troops of the Pakistani army from elsewhere will be removed and deployed on the LoC.

3. Whether or not the storage of ammunition of the Pakistani army is enough was discussed.

Soldiers’ increase on the border

Amidst the tense situation on the border, the Pakistani Army has increased its number of troops across the LoC. Pakistani soldiers have been instructed to monitor from inside the bunkers. In addition, the 10th core of the Pakistani Army and the soldiers posted on the international border in Sialkot have been ordered to be alert. The 10th core headquarters are in Rawalpindi.

What action did India take?

India announced several punitive measures on 23 April 2025, including suspending the Indus Water Treaty, cutting the number of Islamabad missions and closing the attic border. Its decision was taken in the Cabinet Committee of Security Affairs (CCS). After the terrorist attack on April 22, 2025 in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the relationship between the two neighboring countries further declined. At least 26 people lost their lives and many others were injured in this attack.
