18 installments have been released so far
Crores of farmers are joining PM Kisan Yojana and taking benefits of this scheme. A total of 18 installments have been released so far under the scheme. There is a provision to give Rs 2-2 thousand to the eligible farmers in every installment by the government. Under which Rs 6 thousand is given in the whole year. The government releases every installment through DBT i.e. direct bank transfer into the bank accounts of eligible farmers.
Farmers waiting for 19th installment
Till now, the government has given the benefit of 18 installments to the farmers associated with this scheme. Now the farmers are waiting for the upcoming 19th installment. Here let us tell you what is the rule for releasing the installment? Under the scheme, each installment is released at an interval of about 4 months.
Just as the 18th installment was released on 5th October. Now the next installment i.e. 19th installment of four months will be completed in February. Therefore, farmers are now waiting for the 19th installment to arrive in the month of February. However, no order has yet come from the government regarding this.
These farmers get the benefit of installment
Such farmers get the benefit of Samman Nidhi installment, who complete the e-KYC work. If any farmer’s work is incomplete then he should get it completed, otherwise he will not be able to get the benefit of the installment.
This work has to be completed
- Farmers will also have to do verification related to their farming. Like e-KYC, this is also very important.
- The farmer also has to get Aadhar seeding done, in which the bank account will have to be linked to the Aadhar card.
- If this work is not done then the farmer will not get the benefit of Samman Nidhi.
