A speeding truck hit a bull and a man in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr, and then fled the scene. The CCTV footage of the entire incident is now going viral on the internet.
In the video, a man walks alongside his bull. Despite being mindful of his safety, the man was hit by a truck coming from the opposite side. Not just the man, but his bull was also hit hard, leaving the animal injured in the middle of the road.
While the man could be seen moving as he was thrown on one side of the road, the animal appeared lifeless with no movement. The incident is believed to have taken place on June 20 in Bulandshahr, under the jurisdiction of Chola Police Station.
Details about police proceedings and action against the truck driver are still unknown.
Earlier in May, two men and a calf lost their lives after being hit by a speeding car in Madhya Pradesh’s Datia. CCTV footage of the crash, shared by The Free Press Journal, showed the car directly hitting the animal and crossing the divider to crash into a truck coming from the opposite direction. The crash was so intense that the calf was thrown about 20 feet into the air before landing on the ground, resulting in its immediate death. Two men who were in the car also died on the spot.
The accident reportedly took place near the Tata Workshop at the Barodonkala tri-junction.
