Company claims, will answer every question
Regarding the show cause notice issued by the Central Consumer Protection Authority, Ola Electric chief Bhavish Aggarwal has said that he will give every information sought by the Central Consumer Protection Authority along with evidence. This strong stance of the Central Consumer Protection Authority is regarding alleged violation of consumer rights and misleading advertisements. The company’s market share has declined after the authority issued the first show cause notice in early October. Besides, expansion efforts have also suffered a major setback. However, company chief Bhavish Aggarwal claims that his business activities have not been affected by the CCPA notice. Because no penalty or fine has been imposed against his company by CCPA.
A lot of complaints are coming about Ola Electric
Most of the complaints from consumers against Ola Electric are related to glitches in the hardware and software of the scooter. Due to the problems of the e-scooter, the company’s CEO Bhavish Aggarwal had a heated argument with comedian Kunal Kamra on social media. Despite these challenges, Ola Electric is focusing on expanding its service network. Through Hyper Service, the company aims to double the number of service centers to one thousand.
