‘Often she would be able to wake up at night, she forced me …’, Wife’s serious allegation against UK MP

Former UK MP Kate Kniveton has publicly shared the atrocities in their married life for the first time. She has made serious allegations of rape, physical and mental violence and misconduct of newborn daughter on her ex -husband and Conservative Party MP Andrew Griffiths. There has been a debate from social media to the British Parliament over these allegations.

In ITV’s documentary ‘Breaking the Silence: Kate’s Story’, Niavetn said that Andrew Griffiths made her a victim of sexual abuse when she was sleeping. She said, “I would often get awake at night that she is forcing me to force. Many times I kept quiet, but sometimes she used to cry and when I cried, she used to kick me out of bed in anger.” She further says that many times she locked herself in the room or left home so that she could avoid violence.

10 years suffering, 5 years legal harassment

Niavetten claims that she was a victim of mental and physical abuse in marriage for 10 years and even after separating, Griffiths harassed her through legal processes. He said, “People think that this happens only in the poor or illiterate class, but domestic violence can take place in every section. When I became an MP, I vowed to become the voice of the victims of domestic violence.”
